Teams allows you to regulate access to flows and Connections data. You can assign users access to your flows and data through the Team interface.

Users are allowed to access the following items:

  • Flows
  • Runs
  • Connections

To invite users, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Team Menu.
  2. Select "Invite."
  3. Enter the email associated with the user's AhaMake account.
  4. Click "Invite."

This process allows you to extend invitations to users for collaboration within AhaMake.

Users will receive an invitation email. Click "View Invitation" in the email to switch to the AhaMake interface.

Then click Approve and you're done

Users can switch between accounts they have access to by clicking on "Target Project" in the top right corner.

Click on the pen icon to set user access rights with two options: Editor and Viewer. Then, select the folders you want users to have access to.
